Child Care Licensing System Update

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Early Childhood Section has launched the online Child Care Licensing (CCL) System. The easy-to-use web-based system will allow providers to conveniently apply to become a licensed or self-declared child care provider, submit renewals, provide required documentation, and conduct related business. Please note, all business-related documents must be submitted to a licensing specialist via the online portal.

HHS has also launched new Child Care Licensing (CCL) System webpage. The page has quick links to the online portal, provider training videos and frequently asked questions.
